The Rockness Monster (Nessie)

Nessie is a 2018 Jeep Wrangler built for to Ultra4 Class 4500 (Stock Modified) spec. In this class you are required to retain a small portion of the frame (from the motor mounts to just behind the driver/passenger seat) and the tub must maintain the general appearance of the stock donor vehicle. Nessie has a custom tube chassis of my design with a lightly modified LS3/6L80e drivetrain. She has 2.5x14" bypasses and coil overs on each corner with custom width one ton axles and driveshafts. She was completed in 57 days prior to the 2023 King of the Hammers race (known as the toughest one-day offroad race in the world) and was refined slightly prior to the 2024 race - mostly interior details that we overlooked the first time around because we need to pass tech and get the rig inspected and banded. If there are any concerns about the logos on the rig, please let me know.There is some flexibility, within reason.
