Scott Motorcycles won the Isle of Man TT races in 1912 and 1913 on an innovative water cooled 2 stroke 500cc twin. That's 70 years before the 500cc watercooled grand prix bikes of the 1980's! This 1915 model was built on that winning design. Most of the Scott production in 1915 was delivered to the Vickers company to be built into machine gun sidecars for the World War 1 effort, with less than 200 built for the public. This bike is slightly modified for street use and includes acetylene lighting and modified bodywork
